All of our soaps are handmade to order, which means each product is crafted especially for you. Because of the custom and personal nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This is in line with UK consumer protection laws, which allow exceptions for:
- Custom-made products
- Personal care items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

Damaged or faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, before the seal is broken, with clear photo evidence and your order number. We’ll be happy to resolve it for you.
